Cuba and Exim Bank to negotiate the purchase of passenger cars

Cuba and Exim Bank Agree to Purchase Passenger Wagon: A new agreement has been signed between the Cuban Ministry of Finance and the Chinese Exim Bank. Although it was agreed between the parties in November 2015, the signatures were signed recently. According to the agreement signed, Exim Bank will provide credit to Cuba for a total of 240 passenger wagons. According to the agreement that details of the company that will produce the wagons and what the price will be, are not shared, a total of 3 passenger wagons will be purchased, 80 each year within 240 years.
The Cuban Railways (FCC) are currently operating in France, Germany and Mexico. With the new wagons to be bought, it is aimed to provide better quality service to the citizens.
