Roman central railway station evacuated due to terrorist threat

The Roman central railway station was evacuated because of a terrorist threat: the Italian police evacuated the capital's main railway station in Rome, after an armed person was seen.
According to a statement made by Italy's state-owned railway operator, Termini Train Station in Rome was evacuated after a gunman was detected, and no information was received that there was any conflict at the train station.
Rome had implemented high security measures for 48 hours due to the visit of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.
The Iranian delegation participated in an invitation in a remote area away from the train station, which was evacuated because of the terrorist threat.
