Yılmaz, with the Minister of Justice, Bekir Bozdağ, examined the Yozgat Airport land to be built in the Çalaplı region and received information from Yozgat Governor Abdulkadir Yazıcı about the project.
Afterwards, Yilmaz visited the governorate with Bozdag, in his speech here, Yozgat about the evaluation of the workshop and attend the program to come to the city, he said.
Expressing that Yozgat has a deep-rooted history, Yılmaz emphasized that the city has been a very important center since the Ottoman period.
Yılmaz explained that Yozgat, which appeals to a much wider geography, is located in a very valuable region in terms of culture, people and nature, and that they attach great importance to Yozgat as the government.
Expressing that they are struggling to how they can carry the investments made in Yozgat further, Yılmaz said:

When it ends, it will hopefully affect the fate of this whole geography, and it will affect its economic, social and cultural life in all respects. We will consider this in today's meeting. Transportation is important. In addition to the high-speed train, road and air transportation, transportation opportunities to other rural areas are undoubtedly issues that should be evaluated in the development process.
Minister Yilmaz, development process, tourism, industry, agriculture, animal husbandry and trade as a whole should be addressed, he added.
