Our appropriation foreseen in 2015 is 233 million 41 thousand TL. Until the end of the year, 235 million 427 thousand TL of this allowance is spent. So there is a realization of over 100 percent. While we had 233 million allowances, we spent 235 million. In this difference, a difference has emerged due to the fact that our Highways 14th Regional Directorate has made more expenditures than the allocated allocation in 2015 ”.

Mehmet Yazıcıoğlu, 14th Regional Directorate of Highways, gave information about the expenditures of 2015. Since our path is under the guarantee of the new maintenance investor firm, we do not have any investments at the moment. Therefore, the work done now is under the guarantee of our producer office and our producer company. Of course, if we know the problems, if they are conveyed to us, we will have a situation to solve the problems with the company ”.

“We have 8 ongoing projects, one completed project and one project at the tender stage. Bayırköy-Bilecik Drinking Water project has reached the chamber signature stage. Physical realization is at the level of 70 percent. Bilecik provided financial support for the infrastructure in the special provincial administration, 95 percent in the realization of the physical level. The realization of cash in the construction of social facilities, which we provide financing to our Osmaneli municipality, is at the level of 39 percent. Our wastewater construction in Osmaneli is completed and we will deliver it to our municipality ”.

Bursa Foundations Regional Manager Mustafa Emek explained that they have carried out 2015 projects in Bilecik as of 15, and explained the ongoing restorations by the Regional Directorate of Foundations. Apart from this, we have completed the Harmankaya Canyon Nature Park to a great extent in 2015, regarding the projects that we have transferred to the special provincial administration and which are important to us. In the wide part of the canyon, the entrance part is also in our Yenipazar district. "We completed the parking lot, built a prayer room, playgrounds for children, walkways and landscaping works."
