3 Large Istanbul Tunnel Project Will Restrain Some Districts

3 Multi-Storeyed Istanbul Tunnel Project Will Restore Some Districts: Even if you ask what the biggest problem of Istanbulites is, the transportation problem comes first in the answers to be given. Especially in the morning and evening, the traffic problem, millions of people spend hours in traffic and work can go home. A number of major transport projects are currently under construction to mitigate the traffic problem in the city where approximately 15 million people live. New projects are often added to these. The newest of these is the 3 Decked Istanbul Metro and Highway Bosphorus Crossing Project.
While the construction of the Third Bosphorus Bridge and the Eurasia Tunnel, which are expected to relieve the traffic of Istanbul, continue at full speed, and the 3-storey Istanbul Metro and Highway Bosphorus Crossing Project will probably be added to these two projects next year. A tender was held on December 23 for the study, project and engineering services of the project. Fatih Turan, Deputy General Manager of Infrastructure Investments of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, announced that 3 companies received specifications and 23 companies submitted bids within the scope of the 12-Storey Large Istanbul Tunnel Survey-Project tender.
Ground, sea and estuary drillings, geophysics, geotechnical and geological surveys, route studies, preliminary projects, preliminary and final feasibility studies will be carried out within the scope of the work. After the tender process, engineering projects are planned to be completed within one year.
The construction cost of the project to be realized with build-operate-transfer model will be 3.5 billion dollars. Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Council approved the route of the project to the 1 / 5000 scale plans in March.
COMPLETED IN FIVE YEARS
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Council approved the processing of the route of the 3-storey Istanbul Metro and Road Bosphorus Crossing Project into plans with a scale of 1/5000 in March. One of my pillars of the project is the high-capacity and fast metro system starting from İncirli on the E-5 axis on the European Side and extending through the Bosphorus to Söğütlüçeşme on the Asian Side. The second leg will form a 2 × 2 lane road system starting from Hasdal Junction on the TEM Highway axis on the European Side and connecting to Ümraniye Çamlık Junction on the Anatolian Side through the Bosphorus.
The 3-Storey Istanbul Metro and Highway Bosphorus Crossing Project, which will be completed in five years, Beşiktaş, Ş iŸ Beli, KaÄŸÄ ± thane, BeyoÄŸlu, Eyüp Fatih, Zeytinburnu, Bak Avrupa on the European side. ± rköy and Güngören; On the Anatolian side, Ãœsküdar, Ãœmraniye and Kadıköy will pass through the districts. Project, Söğütlüçeșme-Altunizade-Gayrettepe-Sütlüce-CevizliThe 31 along the vineyard-fig route will have kilometers length.
PRINCIPLES FOR PREMIUM
With the announcement of the project, the question of which regions in the direction of the project will stand out in terms of investment came to the agenda. Real estate experts asked this question, "Bakırköy, İncirli and Bahçelievler on the Rumeli side, Göztepe, Acıbadem and on the Anatolian side. Kadıköy The districts of the districts will have preliminary districts. Again, Zeytinburnu, which constitutes the route of the project, CevizliVineyard, Edirnekapı, Sütlüce, Okmeydanı, Çağlayan, Mecidiyeköy, Gayrettepe, Küçüksu, Altunizade, Ünalan and Söğütlüçeşme can be seen as regions with premium potential ”.
On the other hand, it is stated by real estate experts that there has been an increase of 3 to 25 thousand TL in the first and second hand housing prices in the districts that will be affected by the 200-storey Istanbul Metro and Highway Bosphorus Crossing Project.
ONE TUNNEL WILL BE PROVIDED
Thanks to the project that will shorten the travel time between the Asian and European parts of Istanbul, Söğütlüçeşme from İncirli will be reached in 40 minutes by fast metro; From Hasdal Junction to Ümraniye Çamlık Junction, it will be reached in 14 minutes by car. Nine different urban rail systems, which are used by 6.5 million passengers a day, will be integrated with the fast metro and intercontinental travel will be easier. With its connection to ring roads, other urban roads will be accessed more easily and faster. With the project, all main arteries will be connected. Thus, instead of separate tunnels, both the subway and two-way highway crossing will be provided with a single tunnel. With the 3-Storey Grand Istanbul Tunnel, which started a new era in transportation, faster, more comfortable and more economical access to both sides of Istanbul will be provided.
LENGTH OF THREE LAYER CUTTING 6.5 KM
The Tnel project, BaşŸakŸŸehir-Bacıc ›±lar-BakÄ ± rköy Metro, YenikapÄ ± -Aksaray-Airport Metro, Kabataş-BaÄŸcÄ ± lar Tramway, TopkapÄ ± -SultanÃÇiftliÄŸi Light Metro, Mahmutbey-Mecidiyeköy Metro, YenikapÄ ± -HacÄ ± osman Metro (Taksim Metro), Ãœsküdar-Ãœmraniye-à ‡ Ekmeköy-Sancaktepe Metro, Kadıköy-Kartal Metro will be integrated with Marmaray and Suburban connections.
3 on the freeway. The connection between the Airport and Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge will be on the North Marmara Motorway, the TEM Motorway and the D100 (E-5) Highway links.
The diameter of the three-storey tunnel section will be 16.8 meters, the depth of the sea surface 110 meters, the depth of the throat in the area where the throat passes 60-65 meters. The length of the three-story section with the metro and highway will be the 6.5 mileage.
6.5 MILLION PASSENGER, 120 THOUSAND CAR
There will be 31.5 stations in the fast metro section of the tunnel, which is 14 kilometers long between İncirli and Söğütlüçeşme. The fast metro section, which has a capacity of 1.5 million passengers a day and 75 thousand passengers per hour in one direction, and the nine rail system it is integrated with, will use approximately 6.5 million passengers per day. The highway section of the project will cover the TEM Highway Hasdal Junction and Ümraniye Çamlık Junction and the total length will be 16 meters. The section before the three-storey tunnel on the European side will be 150 meters long, the three-storey tunnel 5 meters, and the section after the three-storey tunnel on the Anatolian side will be 600 meters long. The road section to be used by cars and minibuses will have a capacity of 6 thousand vehicles per day. The number of stripes will be '500 × 4'.
