4.1. Terms and conditions for participating in the tender:

c) The Bidder shall submit the Final Reports and Acceptance Tests Final Reports together with the bid. Tests will be conducted in a Public Institution, a university or an accredited laboratory.
- Proficiency Tests Result Reports: Test for all tests listed in TCDD 01 Rail Technical Specification article 01, made by the bidder (if the bidder is the manufacturer, if the bidder is the authorized seller, on the steel quality rails specified in the TCDD 5.1 Rail Technical Specification. Proficiency tests are required to be valid in the last two years before the tender date in order for the results reports to be valid.

It is compulsory that the laboratories and inspection bodies where the proficiency tests are performed are accredited by the accreditation bodies of the Turkish Accreditation Agency or the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Mutual Recognition Agreement, or the tests must be carried out in the Public Institution or in a University Laboratories. It is sufficient to submit documents and certificates bearing the TÜRKAK Accreditation Mark for the laboratory or inspection body accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency. For the laboratories and inspection bodies accredited by the accreditation bodies included in the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Mutual Recognition Agreement; these accreditation bodies must be confirmed by a letter from the Turkish Accreditation Agency that they are the accreditation bodies included in the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Mutual Recognition Agreement and that the documents issued by them are valid.
4.4. Jobs that can be regarded as work similar to this notice:

5. The most advantageous bid in economic terms will be determined on the basis of price.
