Removed Vilnius-Moscow train expedition

The Vilnius-Moscow train expedition: The Lithuanian state-owned railway company reported that the expeditions between Vilnius and Moscow were terminated.

In the statement made on the official website of the company, it was stated that the number of passengers on the "Vilnius-Moscow" line has decreased significantly and it has been decided to stop the flights from today.

It is stated that the political and economic tension between the two countries after Russia's annexation of Crimea was the main reason behind the closure of the railway.

Vilnius with St. Train services between St. Petersburg were also canceled on 1 June, due to the lack of demand.
