Today in History: November 28, 1882 Various pleadings have been prepared that can be a model for private enterprises that will make demands from the government regarding the financial affairs of the empire. 28 November 1907 The irrigation concession of Konya Plain was given to Anadolu Railway Company. Accordingly, the water of Bey-Şehir Lake is 200 km.
