A separate document is not requested from the public institutions and organizations except for written statements of the candidates in terms of identity, criminal record, military service and health status. The authenticity of candidates' identity statements is confirmed through the Identity Sharing System or by directly checking the identity card. The correctness of the candidates' military and judicial record statements is confirmed by the administration from the authorized military and judicial authorities. Nomination of candidates is continued without waiting for the completion of the confirmation process of the information specified in the appointment application form.
The assignments of those who have been given false documents or made declarations are not made, if they are appointed, they are canceled, and the relevant provisions of the Turkish Criminal Code are applied. The procedures to be carried out about the candidates who have been found to give false documents or make declarations are specified in writing by the public institutions and organizations in the appointment application form. ”
According to the provisions of the KPSS Regulation, not only during the application stage, the nominees should not be requested from the documents other than the declaration of health. This is the case so far in the implementation of KPSS transactions.
