According to the regulation, bicycle paths will be designed in such a way as to establish a network to connect transport points and the central regions of the settlements, where topography is available first, in order to meet the transportation needs of its users and to ensure the safe passage of the crossings and crossings in the traffic flow system.
When designing bicycle paths and networks, the most convenient route will be preferred for cycling.
