Minister Cook has caused hard ground for delay of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway

Minister Aşçı, the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway delay caused a hard ground: Customs and Trade Minister Cenap Aşçı said that the delay in the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway line project was the hard ground. According to the Minister, a hard ground mass was encountered during the tunnel construction of the project.

Speaking on a question, the cook stated that the delay in the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars project was due to the ground. Stating that a hard ground was encountered in tunnel construction works, the Minister said, “The ground turned out to be a little different with the calculations made in the initial tunnel construction. A hard floor was encountered. The tunnel stage is almost complete. After that, it will be easier to work on flat ground. ”

Pointing out that the project in question is important for the whole world, Minister Aşçı said, “Even if it is not at the end of this year, we hope that it will be opened next year.” he spoke.
