ISO 9001 Quality Management System Seminar: In today's very challenging and competitive market conditions, quality emerges as an indispensable element for any company. It is clear that a managerial and process quality management system is indispensable in order to guarantee the quality of the end product in both the production and service sectors. With this phenomenon affecting all sectors ISO 9001 The Quality Management Standard entered our lives in the early 1990s and brought a different perspective to business management.
The ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard aims mainly to standardize the work steps followed, standardization of all activities carried out to produce products or services, and to contribute to the development of the work done by establishing a monitoring and measurement infrastructure for certain stages of the processes followed until the end product comes to light.
The aim of this seminar is; To explain the quality management system philosophy, objectives, solution methods proposed by ISO 9001 Quality Management System and share the great potential of continuous development approach that can be carried out integrated to the system with the audience. Since 1987, the system's first publication, will be informed about the process of change with various revisions.

Hakan BORAZAN Short Biography
After graduating from Uludağ University Electrical Department and Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration, Business Administration Department, she completed her MBA degree at Okan University in 2013. During 2002-2012, he worked in various managerial positions in automotive companies such as quality system and quality assurance. Since the year of 2012 Ritim Quality and Management Systems Trade. Ltd. Ltd. Şti is the General Manager of the company and carries out consultancy and training activities. He is also the lead auditor of ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environment, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 50001 Energy Management and ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction management systems. On behalf of the German and French institutions in Turkey actively carries out audits.
