Başakşehir-Kayaşehir-Olympic Tram Line will be opened in 2019: Başakşehir Kayaşehir Olympic tram line will offer the advantage of traveling in 45 minutes.
Başakşehir Kayaşehir Olympic tram line is one of the transportation projects planned by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. The tram line in question will consist of 2 different routes.
Başakşehir Kayaşehir Olympic tram line, which will cost TL 430 million, will have a total of 18 stops and 13,17 kilometers long. However, the planned additional line will increase the number of stops to 20 and the length to 15,41.
Both ends of the line will be connected to Başakşehir Metro (M3). In the summer of last year, the consulting business was put out to tender. The project is expected to start in 2017.

Stations: Metrokent • Oyakkent • Fenertepe • 17. Region • 5. Region • Kayaşehir Merkez • Textile Blocks • Güvercintepe • Olympic
The line, which will start from Metrokent, passes through Oyakkent, Fenertepe and 17th Regions, using 2 different routes from the Kayaşehir region (1st alternative from TOKİ 1st Stage Houses, 2nd Alternative line through 15th District) and then through Güvercintepe. It ends in the Olympic Park.
