There was a hike in minibus fees in Bursa

In Bursa, there is a hike in minibus fares: After a high increase in bus and rail system fares in Bursa, a hike came in minibus fares.

The Transportation Coordination Center (UKOME) has now increased its minibus tariffs by 10% to 12% after high hikes to the bus and rail system. 25 penny increase in minibus fees occurred with hikes.

With the last raise, the full minibus fares are 2 lira, and student minibus fares are from 2.25 lira to 1.5 lira. Between Bursaray stations and neighborhoods, the tariffs increased from 1.75 lira to 1.5 lira.

North line minibuses in the new tariffs with the price hikes was 2 pounds.

While the prices of 25 penny increased in all other urban lines except the East and North line, the tariffs of Selçukgazi, Dürdane, Karabalçık, Çağlayan,, Seç and short-distance villages increased 50 penny.

Full fees between the university and Görükle 1.75 pounds, while student fees 1.25 pounds to 1.5 pounds rose.

The new price increase will take effect on September 7.

Selçuk Deniz, Bursa Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Minibuses, told Bursa Today, “We, as minibuses, have not received a raise for 4 years. We received a valid 10 percent hike in the price tariff given to the UKOME board. Our new fee tariff was 2 from 2,25 lira. BURULAŞ had taken the 3rd hike. We are not fans of the raise, but due to the conditions of the day, minibusers had to make this hike due to the hike made by other public transporters. Otherwise, we wanted to continue with the old tariff. ”
