The Third Bridge Connection Roads Tender was Postponed Again: 3. The tender for the connecting roads of the bridge has been postponed for the 4th time. The tender for the Kurtköy-Akyazı section will be held on March 1, 2016 and for the Kınalı-Odayeri section on March 8, 2016.
At the end of the year, the targeted bridge is planned to be completed and the connection roads will be completed at the end of 2018.

It was decided to hold the auctions, which were announced to be held on March 6, 2015, and then postponed to May 6, on two separate dates for the connection roads of the third bridge in the Bosphorus.
NEW TENDER HISTORY
With the Build-Operate-Transfer model, the tender for the Kurtköy-Akyazı section of the Northern Marmara Motorway Project was first determined on June 30 and then on August 31, while the tender was postponed to 1 March 2016 with the newly added addendum.
CONTINUOUS ADVANCED
The tender for the Kınalı-Odayeri segment, which was first announced as July 7 and later postponed to September 7, will be held on March 8, 2016.
Following the tenders, construction costs of the connection roads of Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge will belong to the companies that will undertake the work.
TO BE COMPLETED IN 2018
It is aimed to open the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge at the end of the year. In this context, transportation will be made on the 35-kilometer route of the bridge with a total of 95-kilometer connection roads. The link roads of the bridge will be completed at the end of 2018.
THE TENDER PROCESS
The finalization of the tenders, expropriation procedures and the procurement process are expected to take 1 years. Within this period, jobs that require priority will be started with the company's equity capital and bulky jobs will be done after the financing is provided.
