Especially in order to use public transportation vehicles, the number of entrances and exits at the station connected to the TCDD 3rd Regional Directorate, which was visited by people, was reduced and it was started to be provided from a single point in the entrance to İZBAN. It was emphasized that similar measures were increased in other provinces.
While the annual permits of the police have been lifted due to the increasing terrorist incidents in recent days, the mandatory leave dates have also been shortened. Security and private security units were warned in regions with a high number of people, especially public institutions, and calls were made to the officers to be more careful. While the measures were increased at the transportation points affiliated to the TCDD 3. Regional Directorate, the İZBAN, where nearly 300 thousand passengers were transported per day, and the Alsancak Train Station, where the passenger trains intersect, were reduced to monopoly for better inspection at the entrances. It was recorded that only security cameras facing the main street were placed in the interior, keeping the entrances and exits under control. In addition, it was emphasized that other security measures were taken.

İZBAN officials stated that some citizens complain about it because it is a single door, but the implementation is done for security reasons. Authorities stated that this door was closed temporarily but this period does not cover a certain time, “Stations and public transportation areas are potential risk areas.
