Paper ticket application in Izmir 28 ends in the evening of June: İzmir Metropolitan Municipality General Directorate of ESHOT stated that the 90 minutes transfer system, which is based on public transportation, will continue with the existing contactless smart cards.
It was announced that the sale of paper tickets, which was initiated in order to sustain the right of public transport, will be ended in June by 19. According to the statement made by the General Directorate of ESHOT, paper tickets will not be sold after this date, the purchased paper tickets will be valid until 28: 21 June 00.

In the city center, 90 is free for all the second and next boardings following the first ride in minutes. For city-to-city districts within the 90 minutes, the city tariffs are applied for the first boarding.
Transportation to the city center from the districts; The first and the next boarding pass is in the city center.
The transferring system is not valid on boarding lines de Airport Bilet and X Owl X (vehicles running after 00.00 at night), on boarding between district lines and on 3-5 Tickets.
Due to system security, the cards have a 5 minute protection period. The right to transfer is not allowed on cards that have not expired.
No transfer is allowed in the same bus, metro / suburban station or ferry port in 30 minutes.
In order to benefit from the transfer right, all boarding passes must be the same (full or discounted).
In case of non-compliance with these rules, the right to transfer to the cards cannot be granted.
