New developments related to the 3 Multi-Storeyed Istanbul Tunnel Project planned by the General Directorate of Infrastructure Investments (AYGM) were recorded.
According to the information received by the Investments Magazine; the Council of Ministers' approval for this project will be applied to the Treasury. After approval of the High Planning Council (YPK) will be applied for approval. After obtaining the necessary approvals, the tender process with the Build - Operate - Transfer model will start.
As it is known, the Project Introduction File (PTD), which was prepared for this project recently, was submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. The Ministry evaluated the report, evaluated and decided that the EIA is not required.
According to the introduction file, the Incirli - Sogutlucesme metro route transportation system consists of a total of 31 kilometers and 3 segments. The road transport line integrated into the metro line is; The TEM Highway consists of a total of 16 thousand 150 meters of 5 segments between Hasdal Junction and Ümraniye Çamlık Junction. With the project, a total of 15 thousand meters rail system will be built on the European side, including 3 bin, 6 storey tunnel length, total 500 bin 9 meter and 500 bin 31 meter length on the Asian side. The 16 bin 150 meters integrated with this rail system is planned as a meter-long highway crossing. To ease the traffic in Istanbul, 2023 Transportation Projection, the E-5 axis, starting from Bakirkoy-Incirli to Sogutlucesme tube-crossing a S fast metro crossing tunnel İnc and on the TEM motorway axis will reduce the density on the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge similar to the Eurasian Tunnel An 2 × 2 striped t highway crossover tunnel t project had to be realized. The 1.5 million per day and the fast subway segment with 75 passenger capacity in one direction per hour will be integrated with the nine-rail system. The integrated rail systems will use 6.5 million passengers daily.
