The third meeting of the May meetings of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Council was held in the municipality building in Saraçhane. The havaray project was discussed at the meeting.

Transportation Planning Directorate's Başakşehir-Sefaköy-Halkalı The modification proposal prepared for the Havaray Line Project was submitted to the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Council. The report of the commission was accepted with the majority of votes, with the AK Party members saying "yes" despite the "rejection" vote of the CHP council members.

Sefaköy- 11,60 kilometers longHalkalı-Başakşehir Havaray Project will start at Sefaköy metrobus station, Halkalı Square, Atakent, Ikitelli and Basaksehir 1. He'il be up to the Etap Metro. Project, Beylikdüzü İncirli Metro, Kirazlı Halkalı LRT Line and Mecidiyeköy will be integrated with Mahmutbey Metro.
