Expropriation is coming for tram streets in Bursa! Speaking at the May meeting of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Council, Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Recep Altepe said that they will make expropriation on the streets where the tram passes.

In the May meeting of the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Council, a decision was made regarding the construction of facade enhancement and parking lots on Tayyareci Mehmet Ali Avenue and İncirli Avenue, which are on the tram line plans.

Emphasizing that 65% of the cost of the buildings on the street will be reflected to the municipality and 35% to the property owners, arrangements will be made to relieve the traffic with facade improvement works, Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Recep Altepe said, “We will make expropriation by paying 100 liras to a house of 150 liras on the streets of Incirli with Tayyareci Mehmet Ali. We will equip the area with parking lots. We will lay right and left tram lines here. Our concern is to develop these places like Atatürk Street. "It is to enable distinguished stores to open branches," he said.
