Expressing that the very high-speed train set is suitable to work on all lines, Genç said that the construction of the other 6 train sets continues and that the delivery of the other train sets will begin as of the first half of 2016.

"Our new train has a capacity of 444 passengers"

Genç stated that the new train has a capacity of 111 passengers, 333 of which are business class and 444 of which are economy class, and said, “In the YHT set, there is also a restaurant with a seating capacity of 16 people, 2 wheelchair places, passenger information monitors on the wagon ceilings and areas for disabled passengers. There are internal telephones to communicate with the personnel, ”he said.
