Ski season is over on Yıldız Mountain: It is reported that the ski season is over at Yıldız Mountain Winter Sports and Tourism Center.
In a written statement made by the Special Provincial Administration, it was stated that nearly 115 thousand people visited Yıldız Mountain Winter Sports and Tourism Center in the past season.
It was emphasized that 28 athletes in 120 categories participated in the "Governorate Ski Races", which was held for the first time on Yıldız Mountain in line with the demands from the surrounding provinces and the people of the region this season, and it was stated that a rescue exercise was held for the first time against possible accidents and energy cuts.
It was stated that the opening of the 'Snow Academy' in Yıldız Mountain Winter Sports Tourism Center is planned, and with the High Altitude and Research Center that Cumhuriyet University has started to construct in the region, the region will also be provided as an education campus.
