Emniyet-Meydan tram services were stopped: Due to a truck hitting the tramway electricity carrier pole on İsmetpaşa Street in Antalya, the tram service between Emniyet and Meydan was canceled for a day.
According to the information obtained, Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, in a statement made by the Public Transportation Branch Directorate, it was reported that the area between Emniyet and Meydan was stopped because a truck of the Tramway services between Meydan and Fatih hit the electricity carrier pole on İsmetpaşa Street. The statement said:
“In the early hours of this morning, due to a truck hit on the tram line catenary (electric carrier pole) on İsmetpaşa Street, tram services between Emniyet and Meydan cannot be made. The fault will continue for at least one day. Tram services between Fatih-Emniyet will continue normally. Transportation between Emniyet-Meydan will be provided by bus services.
