Kartepe summit ropeway project: Kartepe Mayor Hüseyin Üzülmez has made significant progress in order to realize a very important and fantastic project in the name of our town and our city.
Kartepe Municipality has reached the point of agreement with the investor companies about the ropeway that will reach the Kartepe summit which has been on the agenda for years.

The Municipality of Kartepe, Hüseyin Üzülmez, who has received support from the Metropolitan Municipality in every issue, will put the starting leg of the cable car on the north side of Sapanca Lake in the Uzuntarla region. The cable car passes over Sapaca Lake. The firm, which undertakes the project with build-operate model, will be able to operate the hotel in an area to be displayed in Derbent area. The cable car that will depart from Uzuntarla on the northern shore of the lake will reach the foothills of Kartepe through the lake. Derbent will stand on his feet and take passengers to the summit.
