Derinkuyu Touristic Plates Renewed: The signs of the historical underground city in Derinkuyu District of Nevşehir were renewed.
Under the leadership of Derinkuyu District Governorate, with the cooperation of the District Police Department and the Highways 67th Branch Chief, Turkish-English signs introducing the underground city in the district and informing local and foreign tourists were renewed.
As a result of the works, damaged plaques in the city, city and exit intersections were renewed and some plates were raised in the city. Touristic plates were previously damaged due to the appearance of pollution.
In the center of the town Nevşehir-Niğde and Kayseri-Aksaray in the direction of the old plates were removed and replaced with new plates.
