While 5 people, 9 of whom are security officers, are being sued for “intentional injury” for 6 years and 1,5 years in prison, 4 years for 2 years and 2 years for 2 instances for “insult”. A lawsuit was filed with the request of imprisonment up to a month.
9 people sued
According to the indictment prepared by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of the Public Prosecutor of the Anatolian Public Prosecutor's Office, in February last year two private security officers at the Marmaray station saw a group of 5-6 people passing through the turnstile.
When the security guards intervened in this situation, 4 brothers insulted and the discussion broke out. In the indictment, which was told that the discussion turned into a fight, it was stated that they injured each other on both sides. 5 people, including 9 security officers, have been sued for the Anatolian Criminal Court for “Deliberate Injury” and 4 brothers separately for “Insult”.
4 complained to sister security guards
There was a fight between the private security guards and the 4 brother at the Marmaray Ayrılık Fountain stop, and the 4 brother complained that radio and batons attacked the security guards.
