General Terms and Notes

TO THE ATTENTION OF THE CANDIDATES WHO WILL APPLY; - Candidates who meet the requirements of the request conditions can be sent from our Provincial / Branch Directorate at the place where the request was published within 10 days from the date of publication of the announcement or http://www.iskur.gov.tr can apply via internet address. - Applications will be accepted on the next business day when the application deadline coincides with the official holiday. - The right of the Authority and the requesting public institution and organization to take legal action regarding the cancellation of the application and the cancellation of the recruitment of the persons who give false documents or declarations is reserved. - The results of the 2014 Public Personnel Selection Exam (EKPSS P 93) are valid for the requests and applications will be made accordingly. Candidates who apply for claims and appear in the final list, education status, experience, priority status, etc. before the written or oral examination, they must submit to the public institution. Those who cannot document these situations or who have misrepresented are excluded from the final list and will be included in the list. - The names and addresses of the people on the final list, which will be arranged to be three times the number of requests, starting from the highest rated among the candidates applying within the scope of the central examination, will be notified to the public institution and organization requesting workers. - Candidates who apply from the persons (priority) who will not be subjected to the central examination will be informed to the public institution and organization requesting information that explains their names and addresses and their status, not exceeding three times the number of requests according to the priority document dates. - The candidates whose names are notified to the workplace will be notified in writing to the candidates by the public institution and organization requesting the place and time of the written or oral exam. - Among those who have the right of priority, those who do not respond to the permanent or temporary workforce demand they have applied for, except for force majeure, do not take the exam, refuse the job or get a job in the public sector with the status of permanent worker, the priority right is eliminated. The right of priority can not be exploited for the second time. - The addresses of the persons registered in the Address Based Population Registration System are taken into consideration in the applications made to permanent (permanent), temporary labor force requests of public institutions and organizations. INFORMATION REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF DISABLED WORKERS STANDING 1- Turkey Business Association, Labor and Employment Authority will take place in the final list of candidates declared by the Directorate of Eskisehir Province, will be subject to an oral exam. 2- The workers who will start to work in our company will work in accordance with the Labor Law numbered 4857. 3- The trial period of the workers who started work is 4 month and the contract of those who fail within the trial period will be terminated. 4- Applicants will be able to register address, telephone and e-mail addresses as up-to-date. 5- The start-up period applies to the period of training, training and internship programs given by the employer about the wages and professions they receive during the training, course and internship programs when they are voluntarily separated or within the 7 clause II of the 4857 year. It will pay compensation to our Institution in the amount of ½ of the cost to be calculated according to the conditions. 6- Tourism Management Reception and Front Office Services Enterprise Resource Planning certificate will not be taken for oral examination. 7- We reserve the right to invalidate the application or make legal proceedings.
