In case the motorway service facilities, which are considered as outbuildings of highways according to the law numbered 6001, coincide with the forest area with the Forestry Law No.6831, the procedure of granting permission as an extension of the road was regulated. In this context, it is regulated that the forest area is not open to development, and it is regulated to allow highway service facilities within the highway boundary line as an access controlled highway ”.
