Elvan noted that there are some important projects to be started in the 2015 year and that these projects will be the fast rail line that will connect the route of Adana-Mersin to Habur.

Minister Elvan noted that they continue their railway investments and said, “Our railway investments continue rapidly throughout the country. Ankara-İzmir high-speed railway line works, Ankara-Sivas high-speed train line works continue. Our approximately 60-kilometer line connecting Bursa to the high-speed train line on the Eskişehir-Istanbul line continues. Again, we will connect our industrialists with the sea, the port and the Mediterranean with the line that will connect Central Anatolia to the Mediterranean, from Konya to Karaman, from Karaman to Ulukış, and from there to Adana-Mersin, which is an important route that will connect Adana to Mersin. . This work continues as well. Our Konya-Karaman line will be completed in a period of 8-10 months. In addition to these, there are some important projects that we will start to build in 2015.
