Kecioren Metro will be extended to Kızılaya: The ongoing construction of Keçiören Metro to the Red Crescent was decided by the Council of Ministers. According to the decision of the Council of Ministers; There will be a new rail system line between the Kızılay-Atatürk Cultural Center.

Following the publication of the decision of the Council of Ministers in the Official Gazette; The project will be in the form of an extension of the Kecioren-Ulus Metro line, which is under construction, and the system will consist of 3 stations, including Gar, Courthouse and Red Crescent.

The rail network, which is one of the most important steps of public transportation in the capital, is growing day by day. In addition to the existing Batikent-Kizilay, Dikimevi-ASTI (ANKARAY), Sincan-Batikent, Kizilay-Cayyolu Metro lines, as well as the Kizilayan-Ulus line which is currently under construction in the capital, the Kizilay-Ataturk Cultural Center (AKM) subway line construction will start.

HAT KEÇİÖREN-AKM METRO LINE WILL CONTINUE

According to the statement of the project; The entire metro line with 3 station will go underground.

Kecioren-Ataturk Cultural Center Metro line, which is under construction, will be extended to the Red Crescent after the AKM station via GAR. The project will be integrated into the high speed train (YHT), courthouse station, ropeway, bus and rail system at the GAR station and integration with the Çayyolu and Batıkent stations from the Kızılay station.

TOTAL 55 METRO LINE IS PROVIDING LENGTH OF KILOMETER

In the capital city of the city, the metro line 55,138 is still in service. 9,220 kilometers of construction work is underway, the projected and construction work will begin in a short time, and the length of the 3,3 km-long lines are completed, the total length of the metros in the capital will be 69 kilometers.
