With the fulfillment of this request, the expropriation of the places belonging to individuals will be initiated. Later, infrastructure, road, electricity and water network construction will be started. While these requests are expected to be fulfilled, a budget was created from the stakeholders with the board of directors' facilities, and ready-made maps and ground-based ground surveys of the region were built with this budget. Construction plans are ongoing. Our zoning plans, which are prepared to pass a railroad in front of all parcels, will be presented to the approval of our ministry soon. ”
Stating that the zoning plans are approved, the real estate belonging to the treasury is transferred to the legal entity and the ministry is included in the investment program, Barut stated that this year, the allocation of land could begin, and there are companies at the national level that demand land allocation to produce freight cars. So far, 22 companies have requested to allocate 1 million 500 thousand square meters of land. ”
Pointing out that the new OIZ will contribute to the development of the city, Governor Barut stated that Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu and Minister of National Defense İsmet Yılmaz also supported them in this regard.

Stating that the new region, which is a legally organized industrial zone, can actually be called the "Railway Organized Industrial Zone", Barut said, "We have taken into consideration the demands that will arise in the coming years especially regarding the railroad management and the infrastructure of the railways. Generally, we think that companies regarding wagon production will prefer this place. The vast majority of those who demand land are related to the railway sector, but other companies can also make requests. ”
Emphasizing the plan of the development of the railway line according to the Barut, said:
"one. There are 1-4 thousand square meters of parcels in the Organized Industrial Zone, but there will be no less than 5 thousand square meters of parcels here. Perhaps it will be the first organized industry, with a train passing through, every parcel suitable for rail transport. A zoning plan is being made that can stop by rail on each parcel. It will be possible to benefit from the railway in every plot. ”
