Malatya Governor Süleyman KAMÇI, Battalgazi Mayor Selahattin GÜRKAN, Malatya Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Ertan MUMCU and 5 Regional Director Üzeyir ÜLKER 13 February 2015 was opened in a shopping mall in Malatya on Friday.
