The contractor General Directorate of Goods and Services Procurement Commission Chairman Ekrem Turan and commissioners, in a tender held on TULOMSAS facility pre-purchased tender documents from Italy Altra, Poland from ECU Engineering, from Germany LOGOMOTIVE, Switzerland in the Prose and Turkey HAVELSAN and Figes AŞ waited for offers from its companies until 14.00:XNUMX.
Turan made a statement after the companies in question did not participate in the tender, saying, “Our tender started at 14.00:6. In our tender, we expected XNUMX main companies to bid. As of now, there is no company bidding, ”he said.
Turan said that the two-stage tender to do, said:
“The first step is to submit prequalification documents to which all companies can participate by open tender method. We were waiting for the prequalification documents to be submitted in our tender today. If we had a participant, we would get the prequalification documents from them and check their suitability for this. We were going to check 19 documents, but we do not do this because there are no participants. We were going to make another tender between certain requests with companies whose documents are suitable and who are prequalified. They would also submit bids in that tender, we would evaluate them. We were going to announce the estimated price in that tender. We are closing our tender here since there is no company that offers the prequalification document at the moment. This tender is canceled in this way. Our Board of Directors and General Directorate are in charge of the next tender. They will decide how the next tender will be held. "
Turan added that the concept design tender of Milli YHT is over and that the canceled tender is the second tender for it.
