“The traffic flow was made safer by establishing a signaling system for controlled departure and arrival at the old industrial junction, where the newly built 75-bed Karapinar State Hospital was also located by the General Directorate of Highways. It is important for the safety of our bicycles and motor vehicles by signaling to the intersection as a temporary solution until the underpass is put into service. ”
