During the meeting, it was noted that the memorandum between the two countries, which envisaged the modernization of the railway and other transport infrastructure of the Czech Republic and the construction of the high-speed railway in this country, was also signed.

It is known that South Korea, which first took the high-speed train technology from France, started to produce local KTX-2 high-speed trains and had great experience in this regard.

It is also stated that South Korea is interested in the purchase of shares of the Czech Republic's nuclear power plant projects and participation of Korean companies in projects in this field.

It was stated that the visit of the Czech Republic Prime Minister Bohuslav to South Korea coincided with the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
