Havza Kurtköprü Road Will Be Tender This Year: AK Party Samsun Deputy Cemal Yılmaz Demir, Havza Kurtköprü Road will be tender this year, he said.
AK Party Samsun Deputy Cemal Yılmaz Demir and Havza Mayor Murat İkiz, together with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization Prof. Dr. Mustafa Öztürk and General Manager of Highways Mehmet Cahit Turhan.
Deputy Demir held talks in Ankara regarding some of the demands conveyed to him by President İkiz in Samsun programs. The first of the visits, where Mayor İkiz was also present, was the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization Prof. Dr. Mustafa Öztürk was visited. After the previous visit about the garbage bin, this time, a broomed garbage collection vehicle and garbage container were requested. Mayor İkiz said that these materials are necessary for Havza to be a cleaner and livable district.
Later, General Director of Highways Mehmet Cahit Turhan was visited in his office. Information on the condition of the Havza Kurtköprü Road, which was included in the 2015 investment program, and the road between Havza and Çakıralan were received. General Manager Turhan said that Kurtköprü Road will be put out to tender this year and Çakıralan Road will be tender next year.
Deputy Demir said, “We held meetings at the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and the General Directorate of Highways regarding the issues followed by Havza Mayor Murat İkiz. Both visits yielded positive results. Havza is a district that receives visitors from outside, especially in thermal tourism. We conveyed the problems and requests about the cleaning and the road directly to the relevant person. I would like to thank Undersecretary Öztürk and General Manager Turhan for accepting us ”.
Havza Mayor Murat İkiz thanked MP Demir for leading them and said that they are working for a more livable district.
