Adana will continue to be crushed under the metro: the transfer of the Adana Metro to the Ministry of Transport was another spring. The construction of metro lines in Ankara, Istanbul and Antalya was carried out by the Ministry of Transportation upon the decision of the Council of Ministers. Adana was still orphaned.

Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Lütfi Elvan explained that they have undertaken the project and construction works of the three subway lines in line with the decision of the Council of Ministers. Although it was promised during each election period, it was observed that Adana Metro was not among the lines announced by the minister. This decree was published in the Official Gazette yesterday.
ERDOGAN WAS FOUNDED
In his statement, Minister Elvan announced the construction and projects of the tram line in Antalya with some metro lines in Ankara and Istanbul and the Ministry of Transportation. On the other hand, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had promised that Adana Metro would be transferred to the Ministry of Transport repeatedly at the rallies in Adana.
