Transportation for Women on March 8: At the Metropolitan Municipality Assembly meeting of Gaziantep, it was decided that the entrance to the city buses, trams, museums and zoos will be free for women on March 8, International Women's Day.
Metropolitan Municipality Council discussed 2 articles in the meeting of the second meeting of February. Due to the 72 March International Women's Day, which was brought to the agenda by Osman Toprak, the deputy chairman, the council members unanimously accepted that entrance to the city buses, trams, museums and zoos is free for women.
In the meeting where Gazi antep City Council General Assembly's report on transportation, traffic and city planning under the name of “Syrian Guests” was evaluated, 45 items were accepted unanimously and 16 items were accepted by majority, while 11 items were not ready yet.
Since there was no other item to be discussed on the agenda, it was decided to hold the next assembly meeting on Monday, March 9 at 16.00.
