Ukraine by-pass the train line: Russian Railways (RZD) President Vladimir Yakunin, Ukraine by-pass the railway line said they have started construction of the railway.
Yakunin, Russia newspaper said, "We are starting the construction of the train line that bypasses Ukraine."
Stating that the alternative road will be longer due to ruggedness and other reasons, RZD President stated that two-storey wagons would be used, so that ticket prices would be reduced by 30 percent.
Last November, the President of the company announced that the new road was already involved in Russia's railway development strategy. He said that the 26 old railroad which passes through the internal turmoil of Ukraine will be bypassed.
Speaking to RIA Novosti, Russian Transport Minister Maksim Sokolov announced that the new train line, which will allow trains to go to the south of Ukraine without crossing the border with Ukraine, will be ready at 2018. Sokolov, 2015 billion rubles for the project, 7'den 2016 billion rubles, 18,5'dan 2017 billion rubles will be separated.
