In the report reminded that subcontracting companies want to recourse after the lawsuits filed against TCDD, the following statements were made, noting that even the addresses of these companies were not met; “It is observed that some contractor companies sometimes do not comply with goodwill. As a matter of fact, after the lawsuits filed against TCDD, when subcontracting companies want to recourse, there are situations where even the addresses of these companies cannot be found. ”

For this reason, in order not to encounter unused annual leave fees, loaded payments, lawsuits and court costs during retirement and turnover in the organization; It is recommended to take necessary precautions, especially regarding the issue of annual leave of absence, and to ensure that the managers and workplace supervisors, in particular, show the utmost care in this regard. ”
