There is no consideration of the warning issued by the Highways: There are no warning signs on the South Batman Ring Road by the Regional Directorate of Highways.
Despite the warning signs saying, "It is forbidden to pour rubble" in many places along the road route, rubble was found to be spilled.
While the rubble that was poured right next to the warning signs was accumulated in a pile, no one was found to have been rubble until now.
The New Ring Road has already been asked to take action on those who shed ugly images.
