Erciyes Alpine Racing 'na Hosts Make: Turkey Ski Federation Alpine Group B of the 2015 season in Giant Slalom and Slalom racing weekend was held at Erciyes. 11 athletes from 95 provinces participated in the competitions. Erciyes A.Ş. Chairman of the Board and General Manager Murat Cahid Cıngı stated that the European Snowboard Championship will be held in Erciyes in mid-February.
Erciyes, which has become a world-class ski resort with the investments of the Metropolitan Municipality, serves ski tourism as well as serving tourism. Turkey Ski Federation Alpine Skiing Slalom and Giant Slalom competitions in Group B was held at Erciyes weekend. Athletes from Ankara, Bursa, Antalya, Ordu, Sivas, Kocaeli, Nigde, Aydin, Isparta and Bolu participated in the two-day competitions.
Racing makes assessment of Turkey Ski Federation Board Member Fatih Chopper, Kayseri, said they were happy to do these races, "We have found a very nice environment. There was a good preparation and the track was very nice. We completed our competitions without any hitch and disability. Alpine Discipline second league competitions will also be held here on January 22-23. We will use Erciyes a lot in our other competitions. Chairman of the Board and General Manager Murat Cahid Cıngı, on the other hand, said that the Erciyes Master Plan continues at full speed and as a result of the studies, very beautiful runways appeared. Stressing that in the coming years, Erciyes will host much bigger sports activities, Cıngı said, “Indeed, the European Snowboard championship that we will hold in mid-February this year will speed up the branding process of Erciyes in the world a little more and it was launched to make Erciyes a world-class ski center. will be one of the steps. Now our tracks are open, we invite ski lovers from all over the world to Erciyes. ”
