(TÜLOMSAŞ) will be tendered for consultancy and technical support in project construction for the national train to be produced. After the project of YHT wagons, whose technical features and standards are determined, will be delivered to TÜLOMSAŞ. TÜLOMSAŞ will put the train into service by producing at its factory in Eskişehir.
Studies on the technical parts of the train will be prepared by the company that carried out the project drawing. However, the external and internal visual appearance of the train will be made over the design given by TÜLOMSAŞ. The consulting firm will also provide technical support during the production and testing stages. In addition, TCDD machinists will be trained on the technical specifications of the train. The tender to be held by the invitation procedure will be held on January 22, 2015. The consulting firm, which will continue the drawing, preparation and implementation phases of the project, will design according to the demands of TCDD. Apart from the technical specifications, a request list containing the features that should be on the national train was also added to the tender by TCDD. The demands will include first-class, business and economy classes such as travel, snack bars and handicapped places.
The production of high-speed trains in the Istanbul-Eskişehir-Ankara line will be produced in domestic facilities, and the wagons will be produced in line with modern high-speed trains. The project and consultancy work will be determined by the company's closed bid.
