The issue is envisaged to be discussed at the meetings with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Temim bin Hamad Al Sani, who will be hosted by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan today.
The project will be done with BOT

During the visit of Minister of Transport Lütfi Elvan to Qatar between 19-21 November, it was stated that the brochures of this project were presented and the expectation that a joint study could be carried out was conveyed.
World Cup negotiation
