The route will be announced soon
Kanal Istanbul Project will bring great mobility to the real estate market since its route will be announced. The route Istanbul, which Erdoğan described as ler Crazy Project al, has not been announced, but the land prices have made a ceiling in the places where the project is expected to take place. In the project where Küçükçekmece, Başakşehir and Arnavutköy are the 3 alternative regions, the most important reason for choosing this route is that the land near the 80 of the lands on the channel axis belongs to the treasury. Indicating that the location of the project is not clear at the moment, officials said,, The shortest route is the most suitable place. We are trying to determine the route which will be an alternative to the Bosphorus. 1-1,5 will clarify the route in the month. X
'No forest land on the route'
Previously identified as Silivri, Ortaköy, İnceğiz, Gökçeli, Çanakça, Dağyenice, Karacaköy was abandoned from Evcik Dam to the Black Sea, due to the large number of lands to be expropriated. According to the plans, the project will connect the Black Sea and Marmara Sea by passing through Küçükçekmece, Başakşehir and Arnavutköy districts. Küçükçekmece Lake, which is contaminated by this project, will join the channel and Sazlıdere Dam will be disabled. The fact that there is no forest land on the road is shown as another advantage of the route.
