İZMİR Metropolitan Municipality will make a surprising change in the 13-kilometer-long tram route between Üçkuyular and Halkapınar after the suggestions and criticisms, especially from the professional chambers. An alternative project was prepared by the order of Metropolitan Mayor Aziz Kocaoğlu for the construction of the section of the tram between Üçkuyular Konak, which was delivered to the producer company, on the existing road on Mithatpaşa Street, instead of the sidewalk, parking lot and parks of Mustafa Kemal Sahil Boulevard, where there are parks with trees.
