Pointing out that the bridge will be the widest suspension bridge in the world with 59 meters, Elvan said, “10 of which will have 8 lanes are reserved for the highway and 2 for the rail system. Emphasizing that the length of the placed deck is 4.5 meters and its width is 59 meters, Elvan said that its weight is 400 tons.

Reminding that 3 kilometers of highway work will also be carried out with the 95rd Bridge, Elvan said, “This work continues. We have already completed 70 percent of the excavation work. We will fill a total of 41 million cubic meters. We have filled 22 million cubic meters so far. "In general, 95 percent of the earthworks of the 65-kilometer road have been completed." Elvan said that there will be no delay in the October 29, 2015 target determined for the opening.
