Currently 60 percent of the Sabiha Gökçen Airport is in the hands of the Malaysians and 40 percent is in the hands of Limak. Limak sold its 40 percent stake in the previous months, and the company even signed with TAV for 285 million euros. But for Limak's shares, Malaysians had the right to pre-purchase. When the Malaysians decided to exercise this right, Limak's agreement with TAV also expired. With the Competition Board's approval of the transaction, the Malaysians who paid 40 million euros for a 285 percent stake acquired all the shares of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Limak, which sells its shares in Sabiha, will now focus on the third airport, where it has won the tender in the past months.
