Enver Sungur, President of Kayseri Tourism Operators Association (KAYTİD), told Anadolu Agency (AA) that more publicity was made about the investments in Erciyes Ski Center this year and they expect to reap the fruits of this from the beginning of the year.
Explaining that New Year's reservations for the hotels on Mount Erciyes started at the beginning of this month, Sungur stated that the occupancy rate of the hotels reached 2 percent despite staying 100 weeks in the new year.
Sungur, not only in the mountain, but the bed capacity of hotels in the city center 75-80 full of percent, he said.
Sungur expressed that they expect the hotels in the city center to reach the percentage of 100 a few days before Christmas, and he added:

Sureyya Parlak, one of the hotels in Erciyes Ski Center, said that last year the 70-80 occupancy will be fully full this year.
Explaining that they have only a few vacant rooms left a few days before the New Year, and their pre-reservations are made, Parlak said, “Erciyes has a profit guarantee that attracts holidaymakers here. Those who prefer Erciyes Ski Center in the new year will not regret it, ”he said.
Stating that various entertainments are prepared in Erciyes for the guests, Parlak said, “Those who prefer Erciyes will enter the new year under snow and fireworks. He said that skiing can be done and a good day will be spent with the entertainment prepared by the hotels ”.
Parlak noted that the per person accommodation fee in Erciyes is 369 lira, all-inclusive.
