90 Students Read Books on the Tram: Within the scope of the 'Timeless and Spatial Readings' event of the ANADOLU Youth Association (AGD) Antalya Branch, 90 students first read books at the stops and then on the tram.
Turkey around the same time studying in different schools within the scope of the activities carried out 90 students, read the book in the tram and bus stops. Students traveling on the tram with their books met with the intense interest of the citizens. Stating that they are organizing the activity called “Timeless and Spatial Readings” in order to increase the awareness of reading books, AGD Antalya Branch President Ahmet Pişirici said, “We have reading groups for secondary and high schools. Our youngsters studying today went down to the squares. We organized this event to both develop awareness of reading books and draw attention to the importance of reading. Our youth showed that they can read books on the bus, on the street or in the mosque everywhere. The event will be an example for our country, whose book reading level is very low. ”
